Behaviour Rehabilitation
There are three ways I can become involved with your dog's behaviour rehabilitation.
- Referrals From Other Professionals.
As an Animal Training Instructor registered with the Animal and Behaviour Training Council, I welcome referrals from suitably qualified Clinical Animal Behaviourists and Veterinary behaviourists. I can support your clients to implement the behaviour modification training plans you provide and give the specific training you identify.
- You Ask For My Help To Implement Your Behaviour Modification Plan.
You may have a behaviour modification plan from a qualified Clinical Animal Behaviourist and have discussed with them seeking additional help with the training pieces. Please feel free to contact me to discuss the support you need.
- Behavioural Referrals To Other Professionals.
As an Animal Training Instructor I teach you to train your dog. Sometimes the needs of your dog are complex and go beyond dog training instruction.
In these cases it is best practice for you to consult with a Clinical Animal Behaviourist or your vet prior to working with me. I can then either liaise with the other professional or work with you directly to implement their training plan. I am happy to provide details of suitably qualified Clinical Animal Behaviourists.
